FAQ

Got questions? We've got answers.

Everything you need to know about SignalPulse, how it works, and what you're getting.

Getting Started
What exactly is SignalPulse? +

SignalPulse is a market intelligence engine with two products. Trade Signals scan a market — forex, crypto, equities, futures, options, sports, racing, or prediction markets — and return the single highest-probability trade call with a full rationale. Market Analysis lets you ask any natural-language question about any market and get a comprehensive analytical report back.

Both products are powered by the same underlying engine: dozens of real-time data sources synthesised by AI the moment you ask.

How do I get started? +

Buy a credit pack from the home page (card or crypto), get your API key by email, paste it into the app, and pick your market. That's it. You can be looking at a live signal in under two minutes.

No account required. No subscription. Credits don't expire.

How long does a signal or report take to generate? +

Usually 30–60 seconds. Every result is built fresh, on demand — when you scan, the engine pulls live data from 30+ sources (real-time prices, institutional positioning, macro indicators, and news) and synthesises them with AI right then. Nothing is pre-computed or cached, which is what makes the call genuinely current.

So a short wait is normal — it's the engine doing the work, and the app shows a progress message while it runs. If you ever don't see a result after a couple of minutes, something went wrong; in that case your credit is automatically refunded, so you can simply try again.

What's the difference between Market Analysis and Trade Signals? +

Trade Signals give you one specific call — a direction, entry, stop, and target. The engine scans the market, picks the single best opportunity, and tells you what to do and why. It's designed for people who want to act.

Market Analysis is a deeper, broader report in response to a question you ask in plain English. "What's happening with gold right now?" or "Which NFL teams are undervalued in the betting markets this week?" You get a comprehensive breakdown rather than a single actionable call.

They use different credit types, so you'll need the right one for what you're trying to do.

Credits & Pricing
What's the difference between analysis credits and signal credits? +

They're two separate credit pools. Analysis credits work with the Market Analysis product. Signal credits work with Trade Signals. They're not interchangeable — you can't use signal credits to run an analysis, or vice versa.

This means if you want to use both products, you'll need credits from each. The keys are separate too, so make sure you're using the right one in the app.

Analysis credits: 1 = $1.49 · 3 = $3.49 · 5 = $4.99 · 10 = $7.99
Signal credits: 1 = $2.49 · 3 = $6.49 · 5 = $9.99 · 10 = $16.99
Do credits expire? +

No. Credits don't have an expiry date. Buy when you want, use them whenever you're ready.

Can I pay with crypto? +

Yes — you can pay with a card via Stripe or with crypto via Coinbase Commerce. USDC on Base is also accepted directly via the API for developers and agents using the x402 protocol.

Markets & Coverage
What markets do you cover? +

A lot. Here's the full list:

  • FX & Indices — 28 currency pairs, S&P 500, Nasdaq, DAX, FTSE, Nikkei
  • Crypto — BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP, DOGE, and any custom ticker
  • Equities — any stock symbol (AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, etc.)
  • Futures — energy, metals, agriculture, financial, crypto, and more
  • Options — any underlying, with 0DTE / mid-term / LEAPS + strategy selector

  • Racing — horse racing and greyhounds
  • Prediction Markets — crypto, economics, geopolitics, politics (via Polymarket)

Market Analysis covers all of the above via natural-language questions.

Does the engine actually use real-time data, or is it cached? +

Every signal is generated live from fresh data pulled at the moment you request it. Price data comes from Yahoo Finance and Twelve Data on a 15-minute delay (standard for non-institutional feeds). Macro indicators, COT positioning, news sentiment, and weather are all pulled fresh each call.

The signal you get at 9am is genuinely different from the one at 3pm. There's no caching of the output — every request hits the live data sources and runs the full synthesis.

What sports can I get signals for? +

NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, UFC/MMA, Boxing, Tennis (all Grand Slams), Golf (majors), AFL, NRL, Cricket, and Esports (CS2, LoL, Dota 2).

For each sport you can choose the market type: head-to-head / moneyline, spread, or over/under.

About the Signals
What does a signal actually look like? +

You get a structured recommendation with a clear direction (buy/sell or over/under), specific entry and exit levels where applicable, and a plain-English rationale that explains what the data showed and why this opportunity stood out.

The rationale is deliberately thorough — not just "RSI is oversold" but a synthesis of all the factors that contributed to the call, written in a way you can actually understand and act on.

How is this different from a traditional trading EA or signal service? +

Traditional EAs are static code — rules written once, backtested on historical data, and shipped. They can be profitable for a period, but they're blind to anything they weren't programmed to see: news, geopolitics, weather, regime change, institutional positioning shifts.

SignalPulse generates every signal from scratch using live data. The engine reads Chilean mining news, checks the VIX term structure, monitors global sentiment in 65 languages, and weighs carry differentials across 8 central banks — all simultaneously. There's no "optimisation cycle." The AI adapts to current conditions by design.

See the How It Works page for more on the data sources and methodology.

Are the signals a guarantee of profit? +

No. SignalPulse provides data-driven analysis and high-probability trade ideas — not guarantees. All trading and betting involves risk, and past signal performance doesn't guarantee future results.

The engine gives you an edge based on more complete information than most participants have. What you do with it is your call.

Can I use SignalPulse via API? +

Yes — all endpoints are accessible via REST API with your X-API-KEY header. Developers and AI agents can also pay per-call using USDC on Base via the x402 protocol, with no API key required.

Full endpoint documentation is at /llms.txt and /openapi.json.
